The Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) (Amendment) Rules 1988

Made28th July 1988
Coming into force22nd August 1988

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 91 of the Licensing Act 1964[1], I hereby make the following Rules:
        1.    These Rules may be cited as the Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) (Amendment) Rules 1988 and shall come into force on 22nd August 1988.
        2.—(1)  Subject to paragraph (2), the Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982[2] shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in the Schedule to these Rules.

        (2)  Paragraphs 1(a), 2 and 3 of the Schedule to these Rules shall not apply in connection with any application of which notice has been given to the clerk to the licensing justices under Rule 3(1) of the said Rules of 1982 before the coming into force of these Rules.
