The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1988

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969[1], I hereby make the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 15th August 1988.
        2.    For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971[2]there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
        3.    The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1987[3] are hereby revoked.
