The Public Utility Transfers and Water Charges Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 8(2) of the Public Utility Transfers and Water Charges Act 1988[1] (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Utility Transfers and Water Charges Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1988.
2.—(1) The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st October 1988.
(2) All other provisions of the Act not already in force shall come into force on 1st April 1989.
