PILOTAGE

The Pilotage Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1988

Made29th June 1988

    The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 33(2) of the Pilotage Act 1987[1] ("the Act") hereby makes the following Order:—
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1988.
        2.    Section 29 of the Act shall come into force on 1st August 1988.
        3.    The day appointed for the coming into force of Part I of the Act shall be 1st October 1988.
        4.    The remaining provisions of the Act, other than those already in force[2] or listed in the Schedule hereto shall come into force on 1st October 1988.
