The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 101 of the Local Government Act 1985[1] as read with section 103(6) of that Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
Revocation of previous Order
2. The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986[2] is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order made under the Local Government Act 1985, revokes the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986 (the provisions of which are now replaced by provisions in the Severn-Trent Water Authority (Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/566).
