The Criminal Justice Act 1987 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1988
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1987[1], I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1988.
2. The provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 6th April 1988.
