The Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1988 (Confirmation) Order 1988

The Secretary of State for Transport, having considered the statement of objection and of reasons for objection to the Scheme set out in the Schedule hereto given to him in pursuance of section 3(2)(b)(iii) of the Pilotage Act 1983([1]), in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(3) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling him in ythat behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1988 (Confirmation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
2. The Scheme made by the Pilotage Commission under section 3(1) of the said Act and set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby confirmed.
3. The Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1987 (Confirmation) Order 1987([2]) is hereby revoked.
