The Housing Revenue Account Rate Fund Contribution Limits (Scotland) Order 1988

The secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 204 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 [1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Revenue Account Rate Fund Contribution Limits (Scotland) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 26th February 1988.
Rate fund contribution limit
2. The amount of contribution out of its general fund which each of the local authorities listed in Column 1 of the Schedule hereto may estimate that it will carry to the credit of its housing revenue account for the year 1988-89 shall not exceed the amount set out in relation to that authority in Column 2 thereof.
