The South West Water Authority (River Wolf Discharge) Order 1988

The Secretary of State for the Environment, on the application of the South West Water Authority, and in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 2(3)[1] of the Water Resources Act 1971[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the South West Water Authority (River Wolf Discharge) Order 1988, and shall come into force on the 20th January 1988.
2. The South West Water Authority may for the purpose of augmenting the flow of the River Wolf discharge water from the Roadford Reservoir into the River Wolf at a discharge point at National Grid Reference SX 419899 at a rate not exceeding 1,000,000 cubic metres per day.
