INTERNATIONAL IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES
The Diplomatic and Consular Premises (Cambodia) Order 1988

Whereas I may by order provide that section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987[1] shall apply to certain land:
Whereas I formerly accepted the land described in the Schedule to this Order as diplomatic premises but did not accept it as such premises immediately before the coming into force of the said section 2:
Whereas I am satisfied that it is permissible under international law to provide that the said section 2 shall apply to the land in question:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2(1) of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987[1], I hereby make the following Order:
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Premises (Cambodia) Order 1988.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 31st January 1988.
2. Section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 shall apply to the land described in the Schedule to this Order.
