The (A64) LeedsYorkScarborough Trunk Road (Copmanthorpe Grade Separated Junction) (Trunking) Order 1987

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other enabling powers: 1. The lengths of highway described in (a) Schedule 1 to this Order (hereinafter referred to as "the link road"); and (b) Schedule 2 to this Order (hereinafter referred to as "the slip roads"); and shown by striped hatching on the deposited plan, shall become trunk roads as from the date on which this Order comes into force. 2. In this Order
(1) All measurements of distance are measured along the route of relevant highway;
(2) (i) "the deposited plan" means the plan contained in the plan folio numbered HA10/YHRO6 marked "The (A64) LeedsYorkScarborough Trunk Road (Copmanthorpe Grade Separated Junction) (Trunking) Order 1987", signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3EB; (ii) "the Trunk Road" means the (A64) LeedsYorkScarborough Trunk Road.
3. This Order shall come into force on 29th January 1988 and may be cited as the (A64) LeedsYorkScarborough Trunk Road (Copmanthorpe Grade Separated Junction) (Trunking) Order 1987. Signed by authority of the Secretary of State
