The Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1987
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 38(2) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982[1] (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1987.
2. The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule hereto shall come into force on 1st February 1988.
