The Recovery Vehicles (Prescribed Purposes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8(3)(c) of Part I of Schedule 3 to the Vehicles (Excise) Act (Northern Ireland) 1972[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Recovery Vehicles (Prescribed Purposes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.
2. The purposes specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 8 of Part I of Schedule 3 to the Vehicles (Excise) Act (Northern Ireland) 1972.
