The Customs Duties (Repeals) (Revocation of Savings) Order 1987

Made4th December 1987
Coming into force1st January 1988

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of, and Part I of Schedule 3 to, the European Communities Act 1972[1] and of all other powers enabling him on that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Repeals) (Revocation of Savings) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.
        2.    Article 2(2) of the Customs Duties (Repeals) (Appointed Day) Order 1977[2] is hereby revoked.
