The Mortgage Indemnities (Recognised Bodies) (No.2) Order 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 444(1) of the Housing Act 1985[1], and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Mortgage Indemnities (Recognised Bodies) (No.2) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 4th November 1987.
2. The bodies named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of section 444 of the Housing Act 1985.
