The Town and Country Planning (Structure and Local Plans) (Amendment) Regulations 1987

The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 12A(4), 18, 287(1) and 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Structure and Local Plans) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 2nd November 1987.
Amendment of existing Regulations
2. The Town and Country Planning (Structure and Local Plans) Regulations 1982[2] shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in the Schedule.
