The London Taxi Sharing Scheme Order 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(4), (5), (6) and (10) of the Transport Act 1985[1], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the London Taxi Sharing Scheme Order 1987 and shall come into force on 28th September 1987.
2. The Secretary of State hereby makes the London Taxi Sharing Scheme as set out in the Annex to this Order.
3. The Heathrow Taxi Sharing Scheme Order 1987[2] and the London (British Rail) Taxi Sharing Scheme Order 1987[3] are hereby revoked.
