The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (No. 4) Order 1987

The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 56(4) of the Housing Act 1980[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (No. 4) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st October 1987. 2. The bodies named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of Part II of the Housing Act 1980.
