HIGH COURT OF JUSTICIARY, SCOTLAND
The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987.
2. The provisions of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 listed in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st September 1987.
