The M3 Motorway (Popham—Hockley Section) (Variation) Scheme 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Highways Act 1980[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other enabling powers:
1. The M3 Motorway (Popham—Hockley Section) Scheme 1973[3] is hereby varied by deleting therefrom all provisions relating to the section of the Motorway (as defined in that Scheme) between Bar End and Hockley described in the Schedule to this Scheme.
2. This Scheme shall come into force on 21st August 1987 and may be cited as the M3 Motorway (Popham—Hockley Section) (Variation) Scheme 1987.
