NORTHERN IRELAND
The Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 26(1) and (2) of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1987[1], I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987.
2. The provisions of Part III of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1987 specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st August 1987; and the provisions of that Part of that Act specified in Part II of the Schedule shall come into force on 1st January 1988.
