TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The Employment Subsidies Act 1978 (Renewal) (Great Britain) Order 1987

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(2)(a) of the Employment Subsidies Act 1978[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which was laid before the House of Commons and approved by resolution of that House in accordance with section 3(3) of the Employment Subsidies Act 1978: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Subsidies Act 1978 (Renewal) (Great Britain) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st July 1987. Renewal 2. The powers of section 1 of the Employment Subsidies Act 1978 shall be renewed for Great Britain until the expiration of the period ending with 31st December 1988.
