The Sumburgh Airport Shops Order 1987

Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that Sumburgh Airport is an airport at which there is a substantial amount of international passenger traffic:
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section1(2) of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962[1], and now vested in him[2], hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Sumburgh Airport Shops Order 1987 and shall come into force on 7th May 1987.
2. Sumburgh Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962[3], as being an airport at which there appears to the Secretary of State to be a substantial amount of international passenger traffic.
