The Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1987 (Confirmation) Order 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport, there having been no objections made to him in pursuance of section 3(2)(b)(iii) of the Pilotage Act 1983 [1] in respect of the Scheme set out in the Schedule hereto, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(3) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1987 (Confirmation) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st April 1987.
2. The Scheme made by the Pilotage Commission under section 3(1) of the said Act and set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby confirmed.
3. The Pilotage Commission Provision of Funds Scheme 1986 (Confirmation) Order 1986[2] is hereby revoked.
