The Education (Grants for Training of Teachers and Community Education Workers) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 73(a), (f) and (g) and 74(1) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grants for Training of Teachers and Community Education Workers) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 22nd March 1987.
Amendment of principal regulations
2. For the Schedule to the Education (Grants for Training of Teachers and Community Education Workers) (Scotland) Regulations 1986[2] there shall be substituted the Schedule to these Regulations.
