CONTENTS

An Act to authorise the use of resources for the service of the years ending with 31st March 2005 and 31st March 2006 and to apply certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the years ending with 31st March 2005 and 31st March 2006.

Whereas the Commons of the United Kingdom in Parliament assembled have resolved to authorise the use of resources and the issue of sums out of the Consolidated Fund towards making good the supply which they have granted to Her Majesty in this Session of Parliament:--

Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:--

1 Use of resources for the year ending with 31st March 2005

The use of resources for the service of the year ending with 31st March 2005 is authorised to the amount of £6,742,891,000.

2 Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending with 31st March 2005

The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending with 31st March 2005 the sum of £7,621,925,000.

3 Use of resources for the year ending with 31st March 2006

The use of resources for the service of the year ending with 31st March 2006 is authorised to the amount of £158,080,667,000.

4 Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending with 31st March 2006

The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending with 31st March 2006 the sum of £149,539,608,000.

5 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund (No. 2) Act 2004.
